Incredible location! Right next to vibrant restaurants and an amazing pool! The staff was super friendly, and they even surprised me with a birthday cake! Delicious breakfast, too! !

The gym area is small, which may not suit dedicated fitness enthusiasts. WiFi connection could have been more reliable, which is disappointing during your stay.

The hotel features a delightful pool area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Housekeeping could be improved. I noticed dust and dirt in the corners that had clearly been overlooked.

Plus, when I asked for a complimentary bottle of wine to ease my suffering, I was treated like a regular guest! I woudl ve been impressed, but alas, it was just all too disappointing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any needs I had. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants and just a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient.

The hotel's design includes charming decor and provides a relaxing ambiance, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Spacious rooms allow for a bit more elbow room than you might find at other places.

The air quality in the rooms needs attention. musty odors and moldy spots on pillows and bed linens create discomfort. Housekeeping lacks attention to detail, with clogs in showers and visible mold in various places, raising concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, breakfast setups appear unwelcoming to certain travelers, making the experience feel rather uncomfortable.

After three weeks of budget traveling, it was a treat to stay here! I loved lounging by the gorgeous outdoor pool and soaking in the tranquil garden area. The only downside was that the shower could have used a little more water pressure, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

The check-in was quick and welcoming, and the staff were always helpful and knowledgeable. Every morning, I enjoyed a great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable.
