Had absolutely amazing experience, loved the service.
Great value, room was brand-new, staff were HELPFUL. My room included an electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment. The location was central, close to Tanjung Aan beach which is much better, most restaurants and convenient stores. A cool bonus was The Cheesecake Factory, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

We really enjoyed our two nights here. the breakfast selection was great, especially with the rice dish. the location of this place was super convenient, being right in the heart of everything. It was awesome how close the bars and restaurants were—🥂.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area near Kuta beach. There are some great goodies and drinks available at the Rhododendron Cafe nearby. I was happy to find that the wheelchair accessible room I booked had a nice view.

Loved the "cozy" rooms and "hot" pool water. The staff were so "helpful" and the buffet breakfast was a "culinary adventure". Definitely a "must-stay" for those who enjoy dimly lit accommodations and "sulphur-scented" showers.
Oh, and who needs sunbeds or a quiet poolside when you can have a "bath-like" pool and a loud party? So glad I had such a unique experience!
